    I attempted to remove alpha manually, a lot of connecting files are not listed and not one alpha was sitting out in the open in registry like stated for deletion. Recommend safe mode delete as much as possible as far as files and reg goes to allow for proper Internet connection(my customers issue) and download the remover.
