I have easily found a way to first deactivate Spyware Protect and then automatically or manually remove this spyware. First, system restore your PC or laptop to a time period where you remember that your device has not been infected. This will deactivate the spyware for a little bit and buy you some time. You can now go on the internet and other process w/o hassle. After your computer has been freed, you can now download a reliable malware/spyware remover from a TRUSTED site and let it do the job or manually remove it like i did. This will not take longer than 5 minutes. First, go to Start and run C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. You will see a list of text. Scan through it and find browser-security.microsoft.com. In front of this, you should see a ip address (123.456.789 for example). Now you can either delete this line of code and save the file OR do as i did, comment it out. To do this, simply add a # with a space seperating it with 123.345.567 browser-security.microsoft.com. Now save the file and you should be set. Good luck.
