How to remove Cyber Security rogue anti-spyware
Malware Description:
Cyber Security is a dangerous pseudo antivirus application that attempts to take advantage of computer users and deceive them to bring commercial profit to its developers. Judging by its propagation methods and some apparent external traits, Cyber Security is definitely related with System Security 2009 and Total Security 2009 ransomware programs. Cyber Security is being distributed mostly by means of browser hijacking resulting in random browser hits to fake alert pages. This type of PC invasion is currently predominant. However, Cyber Security may as well spread through downloader trojans that exhibit all the trickeries of rootkit tactics to infiltrate and bypass one’s authentication. Having got installed, Cyber Security immediately copies its malicious code to the System Registry and some other critical system directories in order to be able to influence pretty much all processes and oppress the victim’s attempts to uninstall it. In deploying its malicious activity, Cyber Security may go as far as disabling the Task Manager, system restore option and impede executable files from running thus blocking the use of antivirus software. When operating on one’s computer, Cyber Security displays exaggerated malware detection alerts in the shape of annoying pop-up ads and deceptive security scanners which emerge out of nowhere right upon system startup. Via this kind of brainwashing, Cyber Security attempts to make the confused user go ahead and register its commercial version which must be paid for. The most essential pieces of advice as to handling Cyber Security are: to refrain from sticking to its recommendations; to remove it as soon as possible if noticed on one’s machine. Cyber Security is to be treated with extreme caution as it is capable of doing a lot of harm to your computer system, data stored inside it and your privacy on the whole.

my father fell for this trick and actually paid for it does any one know how bad he could be in the ways of identity theft. or are these wonderful people who he let charge his card going to stop at the 60 bucks he already spent. that is my first and only concern his pc will be fine tomorrow when i go over there and fix it.
John,
Programs like Cyber Security should not indulge in identity theft – they just want a payment transaction from its potential victims. A repeated charge is not very likely either.
However the rogue will not let your father use his PC in a normal mode due to its CPU consumption, annoying activity involving popup ads, as well as browser hijacking.
