PC popped up and closing it left me with a black blank screen. Since I could get to the user log in page, I restarted and logged in under a different user account. This time I was able to load windows. Logging in under a different user account might be a way to get windows to load when the safe and normal modes are blocked this way. Even if you don't share your computer, it's a good idea to set up another user profile with full administrator rights - just in case. If you have sucessfully installed our removal tool, just launch it and let it scan your PC for malware. If the scan detects the virus (which it should), enable the repair option.
